Additional Information

A completed customer Credit Card Authorisation form is a compulsory requirement of hiring any equipment from Goolarri Media Enterprises prior to collection of equipment. The form will be emailed to you with quote email.

Terms and Conditions

1.1. All customers are required to complete a Customer Credit Card Authorisation form for the booking to be confirmed in the case of lost or damaged items (see item 1.2 and 1.3). Goolarri will charge your credit card ONLY in the event of 1.2 and 1.3 and will not deduct payment from your card before the date of the event.

1.2. All damaged and lost items will be charged at replacement cost after the equipment has been assessed. All late returns will be charged at the full cost of hire per day for each day equipment is not returned past the due date.

1.3. It is the responsibility of the Hirer to return the equipment in which it was supplied

1.4. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to hire of equipment

1.5. As we do not provide delivery and pick up, you must arrange a suitable time to collect the items with the Goolarri Media Events team, all items must be returned next business day no later than 9am unless arranged otherwise with the Senior Events Coordinator.

Yes, I agree with the terms and conditions and I understand that I am responsible for all equipment hired as detailed above and that I hold responsibility for all damage, loss and replacement costs of the equipment.
