GOOLARRI MEDIA

Our Story

Goolarri Media Enterprises has been at the heart of First Nations communications in the Kimberley since 1991, fostering cultural expression, developing creative talent, and building stronger communities.

The Goolarri Story

In 2005 the National Museum Of Australia curated an exhibition called Goolarri: The Sounds of Broome and as part of this exhibition, we produced a short piece on the history of Goolarri Media.

📻

What We Do

Goolarri Media Enterprises is the Kimberley's leading Indigenous media organisation. For over 25 years, we've been broadcasting authentic First Nations voices through radio, television, film, and live events.

From our base in Broome, we serve communities across the Kimberley region and beyond, creating platforms for Indigenous storytelling, culture, and connection.
